Policies

A deposit of two days rental for each week reserved is required to confirm a reservation.

deposit is applied toward the last days of reservation and is not transferable.

Balance due on arrival in CAsh, Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard - 3.5% fee), or Money orders only.

Personal checks or Money order accepted for deposit only.

No personal checks accepted for payment of final balance.
Cancellation Policy

Two weeks advance notice required for deposit refunds. 50% service charge on all refunds.

No refunds on early check outs or no shows.

No refunds on Inclement weather or mandatory evacuations.

All reservations are subject to confirmation and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate or conditions beyond our control.
